The Hathor Zhi Fortress

Preferring the solitude of their great mountain home of Stiirhad, Dark Elves have reluctantly fashioned an impressive replica of their ancient home. Carved into the petrified sandstone mountains of the Qarath Desert, Hathor Zhi serves as a temporary hub of Dark Elven activity. The Dark Elves continue to hold strong to the hope that they will soon return to their ancient city.

A narrow, tunnel-like entryway opens into a cavernous square courtyard with narrow stone walled passages leading to the various guild halls for crafting, combat training, business and finance and government. Hathor Zhi is occupied by the Dark Elves splintered off from Pankor Zhi, the main fortress at the end of the canyon.

Pankor Zhi reaches deep into the canyons walls, the various residential structures connected by vast open hallways and bridges. While the center of the fortress is occupied by the War Room bustling with the elite legionnaires plotting the Dark Elf army's next move, the Arcane Hall sits high on the cliff walls. The Dark Elf Queen, unseen for eons, resides inside the heavily fortified fortress - protected by the great wyrms of Stiirhad.

The Zhi Dark Elves are splintered into 3 opposing factions and their allegiances shift like the Qalian desert sands.
