Work Order System
Telon's cities each have special NPC's which give out Work Orders - or special crafting assignments for players to complete. These are an excellent way to level up your skills, and collect some useful rewards.The Work Order items can generally be crafted with-out collecting any of the raw materials or components - these are supplied. However, expendable materials still must be provided.
Once Work order items are crafted and the Work Order is turned in the player is paid and receives an additional reward depending on the quality of their work. Producing higher quality Work Order items gets you higher quality rewards.
Work Order Difficulty
The difficulty of the Work Order is directly related to your
crafting level and affects your rewards, experience and skill-up
chances.
- Very Easy - Easy : Yields very low reward, even for creating A quality items
- Moderate : Yields decent rewards, A quality is difficult to achieve
- Difficult : Yields excellent experience and rewards, A/B quality very hard to achieve
Work orders with high quantities and difficulty can reward supply kits or bags containing:
- Sellable loot (dolls, statues, coins etc)
- Crafting utility resources (bandages, solvent, fuel, water, cleaner etc)
- Crafting materials (lumber, ore, rock etc)
- Crafting gear (gloves aprons, boots, tools etc)
- Weapons
- Armor
- ???
* Completing Work Orders
Finishing a work order is often more important than the quality
of the items made. Players receive a full quest reward as long as
all items from the Work Order are completed. Rewards will always
include money and experience. Returning high quality items can mean
a bonus of special expendable materials.
